Maintain good health: Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, lean meat and water. I also don’t drive around the parking lot for 5 minutes looking for a parking spot near the entrance. Moderate exercise.
Information source: common sense.
I lost 70lbs in 18 months simply making slight changes to the food I ate.
I DID not try any of the “diet program” crap out there either.

Awesome. Although, cholesterol is good for us..!.see the book “The Cholesterol Myths” by Uffe Ravnskov, MD,PhD and Mammograms are carcinegenic…try alternatives to that…sonograms or other..

Apart from the ‘scientific’ studies on animal proteins, watch the movie Earthlings, and see why eating animals is bad for you.
Every real change in life starts with Awareness, and not by trying to control even more things with the mind.
Becoming aware will help you get rid of every blockage you have now, even if you aren’t aware of it (obviously).
Search in YT for ‘anthony de mello awareness’ and watch those marvelous clips.
Good Luck.

Animal protein is not good for you! Checkout the The China Study – the largest, most comprehensive nutritional study ever conducted! Backed by the leading nutritional scientists in the world!

I consult my friend who is a Doc. We share a mutual interest in naturopathic medicine though his practice is allopathic. He is a fanatio about healthy diet and cardio/resistance training so I listen when he talks because he is always doing personal research and has great resources.
I am self taught in Qigong for 2 years and am currently enrolled in a Tai Chi and am also self taught in Acupressure from info gleaned from the web and books.

We do have a lot of people that don’t take their health into their own hands. Our health is the most important asset that we have in our life. If we take it for granted and then lose it we have lost our greatest and valuable asset. If we don’t have health no matter how much money we might create it would have not meaning.

thank you thank you thank you, never stop doing this, its power. a gret power is in simple truths, people just dont belive in them, thats why you need a constant replying of these simple truths. its like tv is replying and replying lies so you rember it and start to believe in it. here is the same technique , only those truths are smth you realy need instead of knowing and believing in smth you dont need.

I bicycle trice a week to my work (thats 120km a week). i run twice a week of over a three quaters of an hour every time. I considered doing weight training too, but i don’t really have the time for it at the moment. For food i try to keep away from the suger things with some level of succes. I am a vegetarian too, but not for health reasons. All in all my health is fine. I get most of my information from the internet. I do not buy or read many books. When i do i buy the “raw” science books.

Dont take synthetic man made vitamins as stated in this video. Your body does not recognise them as nutrients and they will lower your immune system. the opposite if what your trying to do. Eat organic raw food that is right for your metabolic type (food your body needs, and not synthetic chemical crap)! and consume the cleanest water you can find. This will boost your immune system tenfold.

hey, tanks for sending me this… well I don’t have so bad things in my life making my helph down. I was for a very long time a competition atlete, I don’t have the habit of smoke or drink alcoolic things. And it’s true all what you say…LET’S DO IT! Thanks a lot to remind me… But my helph is very nice at moment. I like to take care of me;)

Here’s my assignment: I ride my bike to the railway station for fifteen minutes and walk to school for another fifteen minutes, each twice a day. As for food, I eat regularly and with healthy foods in mind a bit, but not overly much. If you live less than 10 miles away from work or school, I’d recommend just riding a bike; it’s great exercise, even if it’s not cardio (at least, if you’re used to it).
Good luck!

Good vid,for what I can watch of it for now,I favourited it to keep it. I see lots of health problems related to sleep-disorder. This is the cause of much stress, snapping moods, lack of happiness. I think it’s important to manage this in priority. Most jobs start early in the morning but I doubt productiveness, whatever the profession, when we yawn and the mind isn’t there,it can also be very detrimental on the roads for example.
Other things like:noise-levels, turn your TV sound down a bit!

Heathly living is a lifestyle. It’s listening to what is good for you. It’s like the Nike slogan “Just do it!” Most people don’t have the will, they want to change and they talk about change. But usually they stay right where their comfortable.
